Edward Marion McGrady, Jr., 69, of Staunton, VA passed away Monday, November 22, 2021, at his residence, Staunton, Virginia.
He was born February 19, 1952, in Roanoke, Virginia, the son of the late Edward Marion McGrady and Hilda Tucker McGrady.
Mr. McGrady was a retired advertisement executive for several agencies.
He was an avid woodworking craftsman who loved making custom clocks and furniture.
He is survived by his son, Harley McGrady of Richmond, Virginia; two grandchildren; and a sister, Sandra Barnette of Richmond, Virginia.
I was so sad to stumble on this notice. Ed and I worked together back in the early 80’s and I thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humor and his exceptional work. Please pass on my condolences to his family.
Ed was a gifted advertising professional, an artistic and creative human, and had a hilarious sense of humor. RIP.
