Shirley Ann Campbell Lyle, 68, of Craigsville, Virginia passed away Monday, July 10, 2023 at UVA in Charlottesville, Virginia.
She was born November 18, 1954 in Craigsville, Virginia, the daughter of the late Forrest “Pete” Sherwood Campbell, Sr. and Francis Louise Snow Campbell.
Shirley was a lifelong homemaker who enjoyed birdwatching, animals, coloring, and going to yard sales.
She is survived by her husband, John “Johnny” Mason Lyle; children: Tonya Marie Hodge and husband Stephen of Bath County, Manda Dawn Keller and husband Jonathan of Staunton; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother: Forrest Campbell, Jr. and wife Judy of North Dakota; sister: Shelby Fox and husband Richard of Craigsville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Epsy Campbell; and a special pet, Dutchess.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, July 20, 2022 at Craigsville Funeral Home with Brother Robert Hale officiating.
